Rock Concert meets Silent Film
Vox Lumiere (voks lu-me-air) is “rock concert meets silent film”. The award-winning live theatrical production combining new music and silent film in a radical and thrilling retelling of timeless movie masterpieces.
Vox Lumiere’s 5-time 1st-round Grammy Nominated singers, dancers and musicians come together with new music, film, lighting, multi-media and live performance to create a mind-boggling entertainment experience that brings classic silent films to life!
The Story So Far….
Vox Lumiere was born through a chance encounter with a bin of discount video tapes in the back of a 99-cent store. Composer Kevin Saunders Hayes combined his award-winning skills as a composer, songwriter and producer to what has now become a new art form. Vox Lumiere has performed in theaters and opera houses throughout North America and Europe receiving awards, as well as outstanding critical and audience reviews. Vox Lumiere was also honored with an invitation by Cinematheque President and Cousin, Cousine director Jean Charles Tacchella to perform it at the Cinematheque Française in Paris.

PBS Television Special
Vox Lumiere brings its breathtaking combination of music, dance, theatre and silent film comes to to “small screen” this year with the critically acclaimed Public Television Special Vox Lumiere-The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Hunchback has been selected to be apart of the Nationwide PBS Fund Drive.
