Lighting
Vox Lumiere makes every effort to use each venue’s standard lighting plot by adapting our lighting design to each venue.  Lighting specs, including PDF Files of HANGING and FLOOR LIGHTING POSITIONS, and LIGHTWRITE CHANNEL INFORMATION, (including CAD and LIGHTWRITE FILES) will be forwarded to each venue approximately one month prior to the performance date. Vox Lumiere’s lighting is run from a laptop computer using the HOG PC software (both provided by Vox Lumiere).  The HOG PC interfaces with the venues lighting through DMX.  Please direct any questions to Vox Lumiere’s Technical Director.

Video
3– LCD Video Projectors 4100 - 6000 lumens minimum with appropriate lenses, and VGA, RCA and S-Video Inputs.

Screens
1 – 15’ X 20’ projection screen with fastfold frame (Da-Lite, Screen Works E-Z Fold, Draper or equivalent).  No legs or “dress kit” needed.
2 – 9’ X 12’ projection screen with fastfold frame (Da-Lite, Screen Works E-Z Fold, Draper or equivalent).  No legs or “dress kit” needed.

Dressing Rooms
We would like at least 2 private, climate-controlled dressing rooms to comfortably accommodate 15 performers. Dressing rooms should include a well-lit make-up area with tables and mirrors, access to both hot and cold running water, iron and ironing board, clothes rack for hanging costumes, and clean bath towels. The dressing room should be convenient to the stage and equipped with male and female non-public bathroom facilities in or near the dressing room. This dressing area should be secure and safe to store merchandise and personal possessions for the entire run of performances, or a lock-up area must be provided.

Comps

Vox Lumiere requests that 20 comp tickets be provided per performance.

Hospitality
We ask the Presenter to provide, at Presenter's sole cost and expense, bottled water for each member of the company. Juices, hot coffee, tea, soft drinks, and snacks, such as hot or cold sandwiches, deli platter, assorted fresh fruit platter, trail mix, power bars, etc, are always welcome and appreciated.
