Bryce-RobotWe have had more phone calls from happy, enthusiastic audience members about Vox Lumiere-The Hunchback of Notre Dame than any other show I can remember! The show was a real audience-pleaser, and people can’t stop talking about it. We’re looking forward to having them back.
William “Woody” Wood, Executive Director
Alberta Bair Theater, Billings, Montana

Trance-MiracleThe show was just SUPER!!! Even the seniors, who come to “check it out” with every intention of leaving at intermission, or before, stayed to the end. Everyone loved the score because it was melodic and not too loud. It was edited so cleverly and made an evening for all ages to enjoy.
Diane Ernst, Director, Lange Trust, The Sandusky State Theatre, Sandusky, OHna

Michelle-HunchbackIt’s exciting! It’s a new style of theater.
It’s sort of like Cirque du Soleil, Vox is hard to pigeon-hole. Vox Lumiere is it’s own entity, it has its own style.

California Theater, San Bernardino, CA

Vox Lumiere & Your Choir

Vox Lumiere and your choir!
Vox Lumiere’s high-energy combination of live performance and silent film is sure to excite and energize your audiences.
It’s also the prefect opportunity to showcase the talents of your local area choir.

Who’s right for this?
Children’s choirs, church choirs, middle schools, high schools, college or your area’s amateur or professional choir, are all perfectly suited for participation in any Vox Lumiere performance.

How does it work?
• After working with you to determine the best choir or choirs to work with in your area, Vox Lumiere takes it from there and handles everything.
• Before the performance, Vox Lumiere works with each choir on the music they will be performing in the show.
• On the day of the show, the choir participates in a one day vocal workshop and rehearsal with Vox Lumiere.

• Vox Lumiere’s creator, director and professional musicians and singers work with each group, providing “real world” vocal and performance techniques to the group as they rehearse.

What choir directors are saying!

It was invaluable for us to be able to work with a music producer of your calibre and the production crew, which is new for so many of the children.

You were so generous about food, rehearsal time, and arranging for them to see the first half so they really got a sense of how a professional production runs. Please thank the cast members who stopped by to chat with the children, it meant so much to them.

It was seamless and unique in so many ways, so thanks for sharing that experience with H&H!

Robin Baker – Director of Education
Handel and Haydn Society – Boston, MA

All of us truly enjoyed working with you and the cast. It was such a positive experience for the choir and me. I just can’t tell you how much Youth pro Musica grew through this experience! Keep Rockin’, Peace!

What choir participants are saying!

Thank you very much for sharing your talents with all of us here in Boston. My son (a member of Youth pro Musica) and I really enjoyed our evening at your show. You were so great with the kids, and as a parent, I really appreciate that.

Your creativity and musical gifts inspire us as we make choices about how to devote our time and energies. Thank you for giving us more exposure to the wonderful work that a committed team of talented people can create.

All the best, and you’ve certainly made us fans for life.
Tedie B. – Boston, MA

Thank you, again, for affording our children such a wonderful and professional educational experience. The show was fantastic and it was so much fun to see the kids come up on stage and sing their hearts out. Yes, it was an exhausting day but well worth the lifetime memory!

I also brought my parents to the show and I was a bit nervous about how they would react to such a modern take on a classic film, but they both loved it.

My mother said it was the best thing she’s ever seen!
