The journey from Gabriel's beginnings as the son of Italian immigrants living in Northeast Africa to his directing and performing in VOX LUMIERE, has been an interesting and adventurous one, to say the least. He has lived in three countries on two continents, speaks three languages fluently, has been the lead singer of two pop groups, a lead performer in major musicals (The first international Silver Jubilee production of THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW being a highlight), a critically acclaimed actor, a singer and songwriter, a director of numerous variety shows and reviews, and an accomplished session singer for radio & television. Along the way, he went to college, dabbled in teaching and made a short film. In 2000, he received 'Alien of Extraordinary Ability' status from the US Immigration Service and was granted Permanent Residence here. He has been involved with VOX LUMIERE since its inception, and has traveled throughout the USA and Europe with the show. He has directed three productions of HUNCHBACK", as well as the spectacular review SILENTS YOU CAN HEAR at the Hollywood & Highland complex.
