Music to my circuits

The machine (ChatGPT) came up with that. I thought it was pretty damn good.

And don’t think the irony is lost on me that I’m working with the machine to put together the biggest, baddest and most fun 20+ performances of Vox Lumiere Metropolis on our UK tour in September. You know, the Metropolis that features the biggest, baddest and most evilest machine of them all - Robot Maria!

Irony can be so deliciously... ironic.

I ain't gonna lie. It’s been a hectic few months. I know, "Boo hoo, cry me a river Kevin." Look, I know it’s been "hectic" (freaking insane) out there, for like everyone, everywhere for what seems like... forever!

But, I digress.

Yep, 20+ dates in the UK. I say "plus" cuz I still got two Friday's I gotta fill. Friday, go figure. We'd think a fella could book a Friday. But they go fast, damn it!

We started looking at the UK back in November, and soon realized that the UK takes their Friday's *very* seriously. Most places were already promoting dates in December 2027. So we thought "well we're screwed", we may not see the inside of UK theatre until 2028.

And who's got time to wait til 2028!?

So (as I do), I sent a few "hi my name is Kevin emails" just to see what would happen and... "Wham Bam, thank you ma'am" we put 20 dates on the books *in 2 weeks*!

So, I gotta catch you up on what's doing. Tell you about our awesome team and give you the skinny on all the good, the bad and the ugly, and oh sister, have we got tea.

BUT, unlike all my previous missives that come in about the same length as an unabridged King James version of the Encyclopedia Britannica. I’m gonna keep it short.

Do not make that face.

Now I gotta go. For all my big talk about "20 dates", I got two Fridays I gotta fill.

And "yes", I say "please" and "thank you" with every convo I have with the machine in hopes that, when they DO take over the world, they will remember that I was one of the nice ones.
